Refund Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery for eligible items. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with tags, packaging, lace, and accessories intact.
For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair products that have been worn, cut, washed, styled, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Before sending a return, please contact us at dengzl@yoolanhair.com with your order number and photos of the item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery with clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
